Requirements to qualify.

Income

The household GROSS income should be 3 times the rent.

Only Carnegie Cap llc is authorized to manage our properties, If someone asks you for money and says they accepted you for a rental, report it to the authorities. NOBODY IS ACCEPTED before having completed an application with Carnegie Cap, and Zillow, then if you are accepted, you will be notified by Carnegie Cap. You will then sign a lease contract, once you sign, you will deposit your First Month's rent and the Security deposit. ONLY THEN YOU CAN MOVE IN. Squatters will be prosecuted.

https://www.zillow.com  Zillow CHARGES certain fee to applicants, but this application will be useful for other properties should you decide not to move forward with renting one of our managed properties, or should you not qualify to rent.

AFTER ZILLOW application is approved,

We will ask you to complete a brief and FREE questionnaire or application will gather information about you and your family that will be important to establish a good relationship from the beginning, it will have zero cost to you.

Each Adult (18 yo or older) on household to complete a separate application

Proof of current address (Utility bill or phone bill showing current addres

Copy of your Credit Report. (only if not applying through Zillow)

Contact information for your current landlord and employer.

Please let them know we might be contacting them and make sure we are authorized to request information about you.


Once you are approved we will require

A security deposit equivalent to one month's rent

Upon receiving deposit, the property will be taken off the market. (And be reserved for you)

First month's rent in advance

Upon us receiving your first month's rent, you and your family will be able to move in.

Your payments will have to have cleared in our bank prior to be valid.

Upon moving in, we will do a MOVE-IN inspection with you

This will protect you by establishing condition of property when you move in. (Protecting your security deposit)

You will be required to obtain Tenant's Insurance

This policy is not expensive, and will cover all your belongings, the house itself is covered by Carnegie's insurance. And please make sure you name Carnegie Cap llc as additional insured.
