To prevent unauthorized tenancy, There is no water connected in the vacant properties, toilets are sealed, please be aware and be prepared.
Power is only connected during season when days are shorter. (and only connected for a few weeks while property is being shown).
No lease will be signed without tenant having applied first, and application having been approved and tenant informed in writing. No move-in until lease is fully executed and proper deposit or first month's rent and security deposit to Property Management's account. NO CASH IS ACCEPTED.

We also have a state of the art internet portal that will facilitate scheduling automated payments, withdrawals, even paying with a credit card if you should need. It will also be the quickest and most efficient way to report any needed repair or communicate with the property manager. Other type of communication is not available except in case of emergency.
